This product is a very durable, high quality bag. The hardware that closes the top is not cheap or flimsy, the fabric is thick, and the fabric handle is well-reinforced with stitches. When it's full, the shoulder strap feels a bit too high, causing the weight of the bag to dangle against your legs while walking. The top is not watertight, but would probably deflect most water in a rainstorm. The fabric seems like you could apply waterproofing material. This is a minor issue however. I use this to store accumulating dirty clothes throughout the week, and then to carry them to a laundromat. This product is great for college students, apartment dwellers, road-trippers, macho guys who wanna look tough with a military-style bag... right.

I bought this duffle for my son going off to college for his laundry bag. Some of the other "laundry" bags had such skimpy handles I didn't think they would hold up to lots of dirty clothes being carried to another building to wash clothes. This one is very sturdy and it holds a ton of clothes plus detergent. He loves it as well.

This bag is great, made of a very sturdy canvas, I use it to carry bedding and a sleeping bag, and it easily carries a sleeping bag, sheet, blanket, and a couple of pillows. The top ring enclosure takes a couple of minutes to figure out, but works extremely well.

The bag could fit a child in it, easily. Also, it is very sturdy. My only problem is that the hook which is organic to the bag is not effective, so you will need a lock.

I love this bad. It was perfect for my trip to the Ukraine and I would advise anyone looking for a tough and plain looking bag to buy this one.
