Cheap, durable, roomy. Sep 05, 2010
I absolutely love this thing. I bought it for a long road trip where space was going to be an issue in the car. This holds a huge amount of stuff. Yet is still relatively easy to carry on your back for short distances. Seems durable though as some have mentioned not indestructible. Overall I couldnt be happier and find myself using it for tasks around the house. (moving packages to the post office for shipment, bringing bags of groceries up the steps to my apartment, etc)

I took this bag on a 2 week missions trip in the desert. The build of this bag is quality, the canvas is strong and durable. It is easy and comfortable to carry, although I never needed to carry it for more than 20 minutes at a time. Definitely a worth while investment if you want a simple duffel that you can toss around. No shiny labels and fabrics, straight up legit and simple.

I have a couple of the genuine military issue versions of this pack, and I assumed it would be similar, but it is a very poor imitation. The canvas is not very thick, the metal gromits were separating and the paint was flaking off of them. The shoulder straps have no padding, and the top lock catch could be easily bent and removed from the gromit that was supposed to keep it secure. If you intend to use this bag for laundry, then it'll work fine. But this is not the bag to use for travel. Spend another $10.00 or $15.00 and get the genuine military issue duffel. I returned this bag the same day I got it.

Just what I needed! May 17, 2010
I ordered this duffel to pack my sleeping bag and air mattress along with whatever else I could get in it for a mission trip to Guatemala. It's perfect, heavy duty, very rugged, and I really like the shoulder straps that make carrying it much easier.

I bought it for my son. He loves it. Its very durable and roomier than he thought. He is very satisfied with. Great price too.
