Work well and cost very little. Reminds me of boot camp. Nice for biking with sweat pants that do not have elastic cuffs.

They are sturdy and pretty comfortable as far as blousers go. They also do a fine job at holding your pants in that position.
I would recommend these if you were in need of some boot blousing.

By Land Shark I have used a variety of devices like this over the years, but I suppose these are my preference. They do a good job and are really inexpensive. These have done a good job and have held up to the rigors of Iraq a few years ago and Afghanistan now (not to mention in garrison). I will keep using these the rest of my career. A good product, simple to use, and a good value.
